Since three days I am trying to take shots of this interesting plants' bloom of tiny flowers. Only today light is acceptable. This is with a bonus of a bee. To be continued...
230mm, f16, 1/400, ISO 400, -1EV, P mode, Nikon D3000, Tamron 70-300, macro mode, handheld
What means 230mm in the exif info? With the info of Nikon D3000 it means 35mm equivalent focus lenght of this shot is 345mm. (Crop factor of D3000: 1.5 x Focal Length: 230) Nearly 7x of 'normal' focus. So with this magnification no one can expect 'great' DOF, physically it's impossible. You should judge this photo by this values. I gave Exif info to help friends understand the conditions better.
