If you think photography needs calendar quality sharpness, you are wrong! This series will humbly show you that. Though there are more distinctive examples of blur as a part of photography these won't be to that extend. Hope you enjoy. Sorry, this series is closed to VB.

300mm, f9, 1/2000, ISO 400, -1EV, P Mode, Nikon D3000, Tamron 70-300, Handheld.

Good example Tanju of making a blur work for you in a field of daisies with one lone daisy in the middle crisp and clear.
good bye for now,

I like the way you have concentrated on one flower in the middle. Nice job Tanju.

My camera for some reason, when I am trying to get a clear focus on my front object, it actually focuses in the back making the farther away object clean while the one I was trying to get, is blurred..and I didn't quite like the outcome but with this I am wowed because it really is beautiful and makes me think that I should give a second look at that kind of photos of mine.. :) I call my camera 'stubborn' for this reason :D

btw Great post!

I think you have mastered this selective focus technique, Tanju. The patch of daisies is so lovely.

Excellent example of how all the attention can be drawn to a simple subject. If this subject was captured as a stand alone flower, the image might have been even boring.
Very good photography again, Tanju.

Stunning piece of work, love how the blur makes one flower stand out in this shot and the blur is not over the top it work very nicely.Plus the high lighted flower is set just right for this type of work.Well done my friend it a eye opener.

Tanju - The focused flower is clearly the focal point of the photo. The blur elsewhere helps focus the eye. Great lighting and colors. Thad

It says, "I am here, I am here". Wonderful photo. Also, balance of the blur is very beautiful.
