Thanks to everybody that gave suggestions on Drop It, I put them into action. However, we all learn to take more than one photo of everything, so now I have all these terrific photos of the spoon and can't decide which is best. So I'm loading two :0)

I love it. I like this one better than Drop It. Maybe a crop with the head of the spoon more in the lower left hand corner would be more pleasing.

I have to be honest, I'm not a big fan of this series. I feel like they are underexposed, the composition makes the subject confusing (is it the spoon, the falling water drops, or the ones splashing off the spoon?), and, important in these action shots, the sharpness is off. I feel like it is somewhere in between a B&W and color photo and doesn't really know which one. If there could be some more brightness and vibrance, more distinct and sharp water droplets, and a true subject that captures the viewer's attention, I think this would be much improved.

Hi Ellie, this one to me is spot on! Although I tend to agree with Jon above, I think it's perfect for it's timing, having caught the splash on the the first drop. So yes, it could be a little more vibrant etc as mentioned above, but considering just how hard a shot like this must be, I think it's a marvellous effort!
