This is either in the Palm family or the Aloe family, but either way, it's gorgeous. I that you actually stopped, had your camera with you and took this photo, even tho you found this plant amongst some rubble. It just shows the importance of having your camera with you and your having an eye for this sort of shot. I love the "hairy" things on the plant. Thanx for the posting.By the way, Bellingham is one of my favorite places in Wa....Lots of stuff up there to take photos of...Welcome to caedes!!............ Verena

Hi Jessica, I like your "hairy plant" I think it's a Washingtonia Robusta,originate from Mexico. It's quite a common plant in the erea where I live. Have a great day.
