Daylilies are some of my favs because they're so relentless - bloom, bloom, bloom -- and their flowers have an architectural perfection that's just amazing in a plant that's so prolific. (Well, okay, maybe I'm the only being that makes messes when I'm in a hurry, but, y'know, a plant dashes off THIS kind of work for just a day in the sun?)
I hope you'll try making some images of them early in the morning or as evening comes on. The softer light at those times seems to add something really special.
Terrific grab. Bright colors, perfect DOF, nice interposition of the green shoot over the lower flower. The only doctoring I would do - lower the brightness of the bricks just a tad, maybe less than a tad, a smidgen.
