It looks like your sensor needs cleaning. There are sensor spots in the upper left and right hand corners, another one to the left of the elbow of the arm holding the flame, and a few lighter ones just above the book she's holding.there are several more, but those are the easiest locations to describe.
Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn't go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, however, you must be very quick.

Listen to "Eubeen" (Wendell). That man knows photos. I do see the noise, but I gave this a 7 in the VB because of the angle. I couldn't figure out how you could have achieved this particular perspective in New York. Now I understand.
