I like how you have this composed. The sky looks great and that is a neat looking tree. I would have removed the power lines that are visible and maybe toned down the brightness of the tree(might be saturation not sure).

Good composition. Dropping the gamma 20-30% would richen this image and maybe a slight reduction of contrast. Definitely, remove the power line. Good choice of subject. That tree has a lot of character.
