For the last couple of days we have had a pair of evening grosbeaks hanging out in the feeders. We have never seen them so late in the season. We are thinking perhaps they were displaced during the hurricane and are making their way down to their winter grounds

Great shot! Nice detail. He looks mighty healthy, perhaps he can't get away from the feeder, lol. I havent seen blue jays in my area for sometime this year, which is odd.

Glad you all like :) CD we have a bunch of blue jays here more than ever in fact. I think the pop will go down as long as the red tailed hawk is hanging around
