First, the composition is good. Second, it is thought provoking; is it on a waterfront? Are those crashing waves or clouds reflected in water? I appreciate the fact there is no explaination so I can imagine the "where."

My eyes travel to the right into the distance following the perspective returning back to the brighter, larger globe of light in the mid-ground. Good shot. Simple, subtle, suspicious.

Oooh it's so pretty. I really like the lights, they're so round :D.. And there's a great contrast between them ant the black background. And those interesting shapes wow. I can't help it but when I look at it, it seems to me that I'm under the water and that submarine is coming straght forward to me and the only thing I can see is the submarine and some beautiful lights on the beach. (Now I sound really smart haha..)
