What I love about this picture is the contrast of textures. Around this pond nature is thriving, but in the center you have a set of dead trees. My critique, though, is that the image doesn't seem to really have a defined subject. The viewer can deduct what it is because of the contrast of the dead trees with everything else in the landscape, but I think you could focus more specifically. For instance, if you wanted to capture the reflection of the dead trees in the water, get closer/zoom in on that part of the scene only. If you can't get closer (because of a fence, no time, etc.) simply cropping the image will help you narrow down your subject thus making an overall stronger image. Just my thoughts & I hope you can use them :)
