These red head finches are some of the smallest birds to visit my garden but for their size they make the biggest splash at bath time!

Little Busy-Bodies! If they were human, they'd probably form a club and set out to do Good Works and woe betide anyone who got in their way. Here they are having a wonderful communal time taking a bath and splashing a lot...almost as if the splashing was just for the fun of it. I love this pic! Thanks.

I love this!! I've never seen a red-head finch.. they are so cute :) And they certainly make a big splash! I love how you captured the water in the air and so many of them in the bird bath at the same time! I also like the lighting here. Saved to DT to enjoy longer :) Thanks for sharing Frank!

What a most precious photo!! We have many finches here, but they are mostly either black headed or yellow. These guys are such beauties..guess they are primping eh?! I adore that you got all the little splashes. Action like this is fantastic. This has got to be one of my MOST favorite photos here in a long time. And it's going straight onto my desktop to start my day off right!!...It's outstanding Frank!! A photo to be very proud of.....bravo my friend!! Verena
