Frrank, I've compared this revisited image with the original one, posted in february 2011. Honesty obliged me to say that I see only some minor enhancements. Not that strange because the original one was already an excellent post.
Congrats anyhow with your new Photoshop CS5.

I have not seen the original one but this is lovely. It's got a painted effect which is beautiful. Well done.
