I've never seen bougainvillea grown in an urn before - lovely composition in this image Frank.

The closet I can get to spelling it or pronouncing it is: Bargainville, Frank.
It is beautiful and in a beautiful setting.

The prototype of that urn was quite likely made expressly to hold such an artistic and graceful plant, with the bright colors and classic falling branches. Good eye to find this little gem!
