Jacarandas hail from South America but have found a new home in the warmer parts of Australia where their purple flowers are a feature in Spring time.

The purple flowers have created a surrealist touch on this very fine image. I've never seen this before, but anyhow beautiful!

This scene is absolutely beautiful Frank. The different shades of orchids in those trees is so lovely against the greens of the pasture. And, of course, the scene is made perfect because there are horses grazing. A really nice presentation. I would love having some of these trees at my house. Fav'd

Lovely image Frank - I saw the last of their blooming the last time I was in Kauai and also saw them on Sanibel Island in Florida where they were blooming in December.
