"as always, any comments or suggestions are much appreciated!"

Ok, then. :o)

First impressions? Part of me wants to see more details in the shadowed areas.

On that note, if I may.. bigger is certainly better.

Find that a lot of imagery is gamma sensitive. And in having viewed larger versions, am pleasantly surprised at what is revealed as taken, or, created ... in what initially appeared to be a tad dark when viewed in thumbnail size.

Not sure what happened during the upload process, seems to me that some how, some way.. things were re-sized prior to posting. So, might wish to check what is occurring on your end with your image editing/camera's software/program settings.

Back to your image here..

Right, so, details and shadows.

Then.. it strikes me how the shadow cast, shape/form ... mirrors that of the structure behind. The building itself, that the shadow is cast upon. Nice.

For your creative consideration next time, if desired..

"What is Exposure Compensation and when do I use it?"

Delve into your camera's manual, as I am sure that this option is available to you. As well, you can 'lock' the exposure.. generally speaking here ... by depressing your shutter button halfway prior to actually clicking. (As a suggestion.. maybe add in your camera's make and model in your accompanying narratives to provide a leaping off point for more tips, advice, et al.)

Compositionally?

Good good. Colours are nice and natural as well.

I like the negative space (the sky, more or less) and the shapes formed by that element. And with respect to it's proportions to the subject matter (the buildings themselves).

Annnd.. but of course, thank you for sharing this one with us. :o)

I wish for more light. I like the angle and the photo. C index does not mean that much. Not a bad photo would have been better if taken at different time of day when the building on right was in full light.
