Nice blues, however if you wanted to get it a bit more 'wintery' I personally would have the ball replaced by a snowflake and perhaps the text removed also. I like the white swirls though!

Quite creative. I think I would like it more, however, if there were just a little bit more waves from the white line, and there wasn't the word winter in it. It would kind of... let you concentrate on the picture and leave more to your imagination.

Is it still in Gimp? Very nice! I did like your Planet made in Gimp. This is a good composition, Lovely shades of Blue, and the Globe is in the right place, but it is hard to edit the writing on Gradient - if a person can see more than Just Winter in your composition!
