makes you wonder just who might open this door if you rang the bell. It is the door just through the archway leading from the courtyard at Tatton Mansion.
Ring it & run Patti! It could be some ogre that lives there! LOL I agree with Cindy, nice clear shot! You have me curious now who is behind that door!? I'll probably never get to sleep tonight wondering... ;-) ~Dan
great color capture. Like the lighting also. A simple door made a wonderful desktop. This composition has so much life, I'll think I'll run up there and ring the doorbell, then go hide in the bushes. Let you know what I find.

Oh yes, I remember seeing this doorway in your previous post Patti. Just so cozy how the overgrown shrub is covering part of the doorway. I would have rung the bell just to see who or what answered LOL. Lovely capture.
The Bible tells us to love our neighbors, and also to love our enemies; probably because generally they are the same people.

Dear Patti,
Once Jerry [DigiCamMan] suggested how to ring and run in a case like that but I will not dare to repeat !!!
I love ivy clad walls which alone would make a great image but plus the doorway = STUNNING effect.
Thanks, dear friend.
