....and the grand tudor manor itself nestled in the middle of Lyme Park in Cheshire. If you look beyond the hall you can see a folly on the hill where the ladies watched the men while they were out deer hunting - there are still many deer in the park but of course they are protected today.

A great view through the trees, over this magnificant estate ! color and sharpnes is very good, and i am glad to see a folly again :-) do you have another image close up to ? Those follies are great fun, and quiet rare in my country :-)

I think the Ladies had parties with young men, while their stupid men hunted poor deer. It is a wonderful view, wonderful building in great nature.

Not sure I understand what a folly is or where it is in the composition but the image as a whole is beautiful. It's a keeper. Gorgeous work.

Terrific shot Patti...a wonderful place to be I see...could work my magic in there!....The 'loud' border at the bottom catches my eye a lot!...perhaps a darker colour!
