...the river runs directly through the city of Salburg and it's many bridges create wonderful focal points. My vantage point here is on the terrace of the roof top restaurant which is located above the museum of modern art - now if you look directly ahead to the centre of the picture and to the left of the bridge with the bus on it, you will see an hotel - now look onto the roof and if you have your binoculars take a closer look!!! - yes!!! it is my other favourite vantage point - a bar on the roof of the hotel Stein! lol! where you have an amazing view of the old city :) which is where I took the photograph in the link

Wow Patti what a beautiful city this is! The whole thing is as neat as a pin! They must scrub the place every day as clean as it looks! The river looks gorgeous too running through it. *focuses binocs* Ah, yes! I see the place you're talking about now! I'm for a run back there after we're done eating here! LOL Excellent shot Patricia..dont think it could get much better! C):-)

A great view to be sure. Very nice. You must have been on your broomstick to get this one. Excellent shot. And your favorite viewing spot is from a pub...go figger.

I see man vs nature in this one, Patti. It looks like the mountains are trying to hold back the intrusion into their domain. Very cool -
