.....and if you just saw my other photograph, you will know where we are now..... Solomon's Temple in Derbyshire. .... as I was descending the spiral staircase the sun was starting to set and shone right through the window at the bottom of the staircase - it was a golden glow and quite magical! I also liked the angle of the photograph looking directly down - now don't anyone dare come in while I am trying to focus! lol!

A nice pic and good perspective. This staircase was probably 1400 feet of your hike.

Very nice Patricia! Those spiral staircases are always photogenic, and the sun adds that much more to it. Nicely captured my friend!

You know I always like your shots, but this is special. Is it the light or what? I have no idea, only that I thought "Wow" as I saw this.

Your perspective on this is wondeful, Patti, and the tiny bit of setting sunlight really completes this image. You have a great eye -

I'm lovin' this shot Patti ... Your choice of taking this just as you did was brilliant. Wonderful perspective looking down that curved staircase and that sunlight coming through the window lighting the bannister is super special. A really great image to view ... well done.
