.......returning to Derbyshire for another look across the green rugged landscape that brings me back again and again! My favourite place to be - not only beautiful, but peace and tranquility prevail! .....a place to be with your own thoughts remote from the hectic life of the 21st century!

Rugged indeed...very rustic and another great view. Lots of earthy colors and it does seem like a great place to go and get lost in your thoughts.

I'll 2nd that. :) We need our solitude to reflect and gather thoughts for our other life, to keep things in order. When we can go to a place where all things seem in order naturally I think it brings us peace and tranquility.......a feeling of fitting in with the harmony of nature. :) A very nice post Patti. +fav

There's so much going on here, Fogz. The beautiful sky, the large stones in the foreground and the stone walls down the hill, the varied patterns of the greenery...outstanding, my friend!

My comments will be hit and miss for the next month or so. I'm preparing to return to the U.S. on 1 Aug and will be on vacation until 20 Aug or so...I will be checking though and I look forward to your great shots! L8R...G8R
