........and it was very nice of this little dog to come and join me in admiring the view across the Derbyshire countryside! :) He was with his owner on a very long lead I was glad to see, as there is a sheer drop just feet away from where he is standing! taken late this afternoon from Curbar Edge! :)

You sure have that title right ... Patti ... what a view and what a great photo to show it to us. I think the dog adds a little something special here and darned if he doesn't appear to be in awe of the view ... just as I am.

I had this in VB and gave it a 10. I thought it looked like your style and I was glad to discover it was. Just a great photo and the dog just makes it better. It makes me think of the old movie: "Lassie Come Home." I realize Lassie was a collie, but this dog seems to be watching for Lassie. Great photo Patti.

Wonderful exposure. The whites of the pup are white and the shadows and midtones are as they should be. VERY well done and one to be proud of. I really love the composition. Thanks for sharing.

Oh my he looks so precarious. I'm glad you told me he was on a long lead, he looks like he's going to jump off any minute. No wonder he's captivated mind, that's a stunning view.

I love the tautness you've got in the dog, really adds to the picture. He looks like he's concentrating on what he's seeing with every fibre in his body.

Thanks to all my friends for the wonderful images I get to look at and learn from on Caedes every day. I always have something to say about them, but don't always have the time to record it. Please forgive me if I can't comment on all of your uploads.
