Beautiful composition. The colors are all great. I like how the trees are a major focal point and also frame your shot.

Nice shot! I may take one today (it's a bit late now) or tomorrow to show you snow in the Vancouver area. First time in my three years here that we have had so much and so early. Damn that Global Warming! :o) Gonzo! One day later... no more snow! It has melted!

It does look as if it's been raining. Everything has that drenched look...drenched in late autumn colors.

Wow - this has everything. The light is just wonderful spilling across the leaves and up the tree trunk. Just gorgeous. Knutsford definitely has a better view than any of the motorway service stations I've ever been to.

I love the big tree and how it frames the lake view. I know how you feel, it isn´t any better weather here in sweden. We had snow but it´s gone again and now it is just dark and raining.

What a lovely old tree. It looks wise and friendly. Even the ducks seem to be enjoying it. What a great spot to sit and listen to the rain patter on the water. Excellent photo Patti.
