.....taken today in Dunham Massey park - it was cold but the frost was melting and the days being so short the long shadows are appearing earlier in the afternoon.
If you go down to the woods today.....you might bump in to fogz!!! ;-)
Great shot again Patti, with perfect exposure with that sun coming through the trees like that. I need to master shots like this, but hopefully will learn when I upgrade to an SLR. And of course, one expects help from the masters like yourself!!! Top pic!
Lovely Fogz - the colours are so subtle, they kind of graduate from warm to cold. And the forms of the tree trunks are great too. I love photographing at this time of year - the days might be short, but the light's interesting the whole time. And you don't have to get up too early or stay out too late! I like this one a lot.
Thanks to all my friends for the wonderful images I get to look at and learn from on Caedes every day. I always have something to say about them, but don't always have the time to record it. Please forgive me if I can't comment on all of your uploads.
I like how you used the the trees to see what portion of the sun you chose. It's bright but not intrusive. Like the long shadows. Very nice photo Patti. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

I much appreciate all the comments I receive about my images, but please excuse me if I don't always reply. My interest in Caedes is exceeding my time available!
Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to be. Trust me on this one, I live there. The Lion **** MY CAEDES GALLERY****Another Site I'm AT - MY DA HOME PAGE
