.......my entry for the contest. Stone slabs acting as a sea wall. If you look at the top part of the picture, you will be able to make out a couple sitting looking at the view over the bay.
Wow so neat Patti! A perfect entry is right! Gorgeous focus and colors! I'm wondering if that couple saw you taking the photo...I bet they thought you were nuts being at a strange angle..lol..Good luck!

Now we have a winner...I'm going to take mine out now...LOL Great balanced curves and even without the curves....it is still a wonderful capture with perfect clarity and color. Good luck..but I don't think you need it.

I was going to enter but this took the fire out of my belly. Just a beautiful photo with the shadows being the curves within. Excellent piece of art Patti.

Very interesting wallpaper. You have caught an angle which gives an original idea for a picture.
I reminds me, in modern art, the old greek amphitheater we still admire.

Hey, no fair.. you cheated! ok, maybe not.. but it's a damn good shot. love the patterns, lines, etc formed here. Not like you'll need it but good luck in the contest :o)
Please, even if you don't visit my gallery, check out my "Faves".I've left them intact since day "1", and would like it if every image there got the attention they deserved.
I much appreciate all the comments I receive about my images, but please excuse me if I don't always reply. My interest in Caedes is exceeding my time available!
Lord I've missed so much in my absence. Going through your gallery emphasized just how much. Leaving a comment on this one Patty because it is really quite different and I might add in this case "different" is really outstanding. Caught my eye and pleased it no end. Good luck with this in the contest ... it's a great piece of artwork besides being an excellent photo.
Taking up contests nowadays hey ? :-) Well it sure is a good entrance.
Well, just look at the amount of replies above, that gives an idea that i am not standing alone here. I never had so much replies to any of my image come to think of it, so well done again !

Incredible photograph and completely worthy of the winning title.
Its added to faves, regardless of the fact it is a topical picture and a competition entry.
Well done!
I was right with my first comment...saying this was a winner. I have told others here that I thought it was the best. It also deserves at least an 85 CI too. Just fantastic capture. Congrats, Patti.
I've commented before but strangely I feel like doing so again. Congratulations on the winning entry Patti, this is very clever - curves within curves within curves. You have such a good eye to spot the potential in the pattern. What an accolade to be awarded top spot by the Caedes community - you really deserved it.
