...pronounced 'warzazat' for those of you having problems with the words lol! Just think French and you will get it. This is a view of the Kasbah Taourirt from the gardens of the hotel I stayed at in Ouarzazate Morocco. The views were amazing, both to the Kasbah and across open countryside to the Atlas mountains.

Thanks for the pronunciation lesson Patti. I've learned several languages in the past, but think the Moroccoian language would have been 'a bridge too far' for me.
Have on the other hand not any problem with your image, lol, as it's a beautiful one.

The term post card is over used on this site, but this would truly make a fine one. I like the shadows from the palms and the view of the city beyond.

Nice work Patti.

It sounds like something you might shout when you catch a ball in cricket. 'Ourzazate!'. I like this one. The houses look like little earth-coloured castles and the way you framed them between the trees is nice. I like the circles at their bases too, there are lots of interesting contrasts in the shapes and the shadow is great. I'd know this was Morocco instantly.
