Mam Tor summit in Derbyshire as you have never seen it before! I had not intention of walking to the top as it was bitterly cold - I must be mad!! lol! Needless to say I made a hasty retreat after taking as many photos as possible in the short time I was there.

I see the chimney Patti. Are you standing on the roof of a house? :) Snow must be really deep. A great scene and I bet it was really cold. It looks like it was windy as well.
Nice post. Stop by and comment sometime.

Hi Patti! It's been way to long since I have seen your work. You sure nailed this one. I love the wind sweep of the snow and that moody sky. This is a desolate but lovely image. Well done on all counts. ♪ ♫ :)Sandi♪ =^..^=

The master has brought us another masterpiece. As one may find themselves lost in this location and in this storm, I welcome the time I find myself lost viewing it as the minutes tie themselves together and my mind stays lingering, appreciatively, as long as time allows.

Patti - I seem to recall a summer photo of this location. What a hostile looking environment in the winter! I like the snow blowing across the peak. Thad
