This was taken on a little outdoor trek at Woods Bay State Park. I loved the way the sunlight and shadows intertwined in the woods here and, of course this fallen tree that really seemed out of place as far as its coloring. Hope you enjoy the view and thanks for stopping by.

Did anyone hear it fall? If not, did it make a noise? If not, it's making a noise right now, shouting what a lovely scene this is and I'm one of the main characters. Almost looks like a little arch way. Great shot and wonderful path. I like to think where it might lead. Very nice post.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Nice shot the pathway really lets the eyes land somewhere, I have made the mistake of taking forest shots without it and they do not go over well. Nice light too.
