For those of you that do not live in the Rocky Mountains. The plants that are displayed are called Paintbrush. They can be found in many colors. The red ones are my favorites. With all of the rain this year I think that these are redder than any that I have ever seen. I found these during a rain storm. I waited for the rain to stop. It was worth it.

Does this one ever go zooming into my files and on my destop. Love it. What a cool slice of nature. The water bubbles at the forefront of the composition is delightful. And, that evergreen tree on the left is nifty with it's lighter green on the ends of the branches. Lovely, lovely, lovely!
