Its not quite symmetrical but i love the way the garden keepers at this National Trust location called Mount Edgecumbe try to get the garden looking nice.. Taken end of summer last so bit overcast so hue / sat redone with image sharpening thrown in aswell !!

Exactly, dear friend. The symmetry here is not as perfect as it should ! LOL
But acceptable - for the most devout symmetry fan like myself.

The garden statues add a classical look and the symmetry is quite fine. If it is less than perfect, that is the gardener's fault. lol The rich greens and the reds are nicely complimentary.

Very nice view, Ian - but I would have ended the black border where the thin border is because the rest of that black inside of the thin border makes it look untidy. Just my opinion :)

What a lovely garden... and a good job on the post work. Yes i do sharpen my images as well all the time, + what ever it takes like cloning, saturation.. but that is just the fun part of the hobby. Thanks for the nice posting !
