Maybe some contrast to 'boost' it a touch!...It's got a lot of detail and motion!...Wonderfully framed too

ive been trying to do this for a while but its always too light when ive been to the beach, i agree with the contrast thing, but i like the detail of the water moving over the rocks. good job.
