We had a storm the other day and we dont get many ! This was a huge storm that passed so i just quickly set up cam ( 12.30 am ) and fired away.. Sorry about the rain but i was shooting through my window ... I was impressed the way it got caught on the image so i thought id post and let you see that what they say works :) LOL Have a good weekend all

Maybe you could have opened the window enough to poke your lens through the window frame Ian, but perhaps you were chicken. Lol
However non of this matters as the rain covered window adds further interest to this captivating shot. By the way it's raining in Bristol now

Actually, I like the rain on the window. I wondered how you could capture the lighting and now you've given me an idea. Lightening shots are amazing. Maybe you'll have more of these storms. We get them all the time now in NE. I think we have gone from temperate to tropical.

Aw this is excellent! Love it through the window with the raindrops, it sets an entirely different mood, a new and interesting approach :) And what a bolt to capture too!
