I tried to use another background for the liquid metal bird,but I change my mind.The black background compliments the liquid metal effect and the colors better.

It looks terrific. It's as though the bird is flying in another realm and, as it flies, we get a peak of the sky in the world beyond. I haven't quite figured out the black on black line, but that maybe because I cannot see all of the image at once like this.

I agree, the black background is the perfect contrast to the colours. I see the black line too though. I really like how the colours blend. Nice work.
