The idea of framing the fountain is a good one. The contrast light/dark between the fountain and sky and the tree has leeched colour out of the sky and left too much darkness in the tree. If the fountain is the focus of the image I think it needs to be a larger component of the image. The green hedge makes a good solid foreground.
