Can you lighten the dark section under the trees a bit--so you can see SOME details? Otherwise, an excellent capture, I think.

I think you need the deep shadows as a contrast to the rays of sunlight, and you have the balance about right as there is enough detail to be seen. A nicely composed shot with the off-centre sun.
