In the essence of what has been discussed on various threads, my honest critique. I think the greens are a bit over-cooked, the bark of the tree in the foreground and the bare tree in the rear to the right of the path both have a green hue instead of the brown I would expect. The entire picture seems a little canted, although the tree appears straight, so i suspect it is the curvature of the path causing an optical illusion. Teh composition is good, although, just MHO, the parking lot doesn't add any particular value to the shot. The car in the backround needs to go, and even the small trashcan (?) next to the path causes some distraction.
Now that I've ravaged it all to hell and back, let me say that the sky is lovely, with no noise what-so-ever, and the clouds are lovely and give the picture nice depth. The gentle curve of the path adds interest, although it tends to lead the eye out of the picture rather than into it. The silhouttes of the branches of the tree in the foreground are crisp and clear, and look terrific against the blue sky.
