It's a beautiful tranquil scene. It isn't sharp though. I loaded a larger file and the same softness is relatively even throughout the depth of the scene which usually indicates some slight camera movement. You can get faster shutter speeds in the same lighting conditions by increasing the ISO to 400, if camera movement is a persistent problem or if you are using a small aperture to maximize depth-of-field.

For me this is a lovely image with beautiful greens, nice sky, and very well composed. For me it does not seem soft in focus. ??

It looks like you found an ideal spot for some serious contemplation. I'd love to see this place when the leaves change color.
