None of the ideas expressed above are actually mine. They are told to me by Luthor and Ferdinand, the five inch tall space aliens who live under my desk. In return for these ideas, I have given them permission to eat any dust bunnies they may find under there.

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??

The simplicity of this photo is magnificent. To see the field in such a beautiful amber colour against the dark green, plus then that single stalk of wheat or rye(not sure which it is). It's the perfect combination. Would look wonderful in a frame and in a museum! Bravo, magnifique!! VErena

"Well," said Pooh, "what I like best," and then he had to stop and think. Because although Eating Honey was a very good thing to do, there was a moment just before you began to eat it which was better than when you were, but he didn't know what it was called. ~A.A. Milne

Keep five yards from a carriage, ten yards from a horse, and a hundred yards from an elephant; but the distance one should keep from a wicked man cannot be measured.

The colors are gorgeous, and I like the glimpse of almost flat land under all that sky.
