Good composition here, both in terms of placement of the statue in the frame, and the angle of perspective.
A couple of areas for your consideration, though. They both involve lighting. The overall exposure level seems a bit dim. Taking into account the hard shadows, I'm guessing there was enough light at the time. Maybe too much? And you compensated for it in the editing process, yes?
Which brings me to the other point, the sky. Was it blown out? As it appears now, it's a bit too dark, and seems to have lost any sense of depth. It's light level doesn't match the sunbathing statue, so the resulting effect is a bit unnatural.
I'm curious what the original looked like, and what steps you've taken with it in the editing process. I'm not sure if the fix is a re-edit, or a re-shoot, but this definitely still has potential.
