Well the first group of Canada Geese has arrived. I counted over 50. The image is a little grainy as it was shot with an ISO of 12800. Some how I unintentionally set my camera on ISO Auto. New cameras......It was a very foggy morning and the rest is history.

I wondered where the had go and left my area early this year but we did have the chance to see the cute fluff young .Great capture and love how the bird is flying low over the water and as alway great detail and natural colours plus spot on composition too.

You must have thought they were Soccer Geese, Garrett.
Classic pose he struck for you.

A very good close up, even with the grain it is still a good one.

Your camera does an excellent job at that high of an ISO. Yes it is grainy but yet you captured some great detail. Composition is great. You have a steady hand.

The grain is barely noticeable especially since it was such a high ISO! Excellent capture Garrett, no doubt it's good to see the Canada Geese return. (o:

Oh my, this outstanding action shot makes it look like you are flying right along with this Canada Goose. He/She seems to be watching you. They are gathering here in Northern Ontario by the 1,000's, they'll be leaving soon. When they fly over the house they sure are noisy but I always love to watch them flying

Very nice goose pic Garrett! A friend went fishing lately up north and there was a pack of killer geese. LOL! He said they were biting the tent, one bit his face, and it sounded like a horror movie! LOL! He did catch some nice german brown trout also. Thank you for the great pic! Allen
