What a first post! Impressive! The title and the image itself remind me of the movie Pleasantville. The black and white with the quality of the color gives this an antique feel . . . VERY nice job.

Life... is like a grapefruit. It's orange and squishy, and has a few pips in it, and some folks have half a one for breakfast.
Nice effect...He's breaking away from the land of grayscale too! This would make a great base for an ad of some kind...Kudos!
