Absolutely lovely, Gerry. The light and soft colors on the iris is breathtaking. A perfect representation of the wonders of nature, as well as photography.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Gerry,
the flower has the most beautiful colour in the world while I am completely GREEN with envy !!!
LOL
Just posted yellowish greenish iris for PJ but yours looks so MUCH better ...
*slams the computer angily*
The majority of this bloom is clearly detailed and of nice color. The pedal up front however, is washed out. Try "se;ecting" it in a editing program and aI think with some adjsutments, detail could be restored. Otherwise, nice post.

Well, if I could have understood what PatAndre was saying up there, I would agree with her..but most of the post is a very brilliant and lovely color, Gerry :)
