These Bulrushes in center of the picture caught my eye yesterday morning...the sun was coming up to the left of the frame and gave these rushes a brilliant color...and with bush in background gives a sense of mystery...

I saw some of those in Swan Creek Park in Toledo. You have a nice picture of them, Gerry. Very nice colors.

Great shot Gerry. Most people spray for them and you just take their photo. Shows there's beauty in the natural grasses. We need to leave Herb outside. I'm generally careful around bull rushes. Someone just didn't makeup that name for no reason. Great colors and blurred background makes them stand out even more. Love the subtle frame. Good one Gerry.

Gerry, again a wonderful image. The light is creating wonderful colours here and the contrast with the background is perfect! Well done again. Regards, cornelius

Another lovely picture allowing the viewer to really see the beauty in ordinary "weeds". Those white seed heads are practically dancing! I also really like it when you use a subject that has something light-colored in it, and then put a light-colored frame around it. This keeps the entire composition from being too dark and staves off any hint of gloom.

As I remember, if we get lucky, you might get shots of deer in here? It looks like it's about the right lighting and spot!! Nicely done, Mr. P :)

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
