The last few days I have been taking a lot of macros of the wildflowers and emerging vegetation in bush. I took a lot of pictures of the Ferns as they are exhibiting nice color right now. This is one of those captures.

This is so very pretty Gerry. Nice detail and I really like the soft focus on the edges, it gives it a sort of elegance. I too really like the colors :)

The colours, dof and b/g work beautifully together. Only thought is I think I would have tried to remove the extra frond and small bright spot. jmo tho. Regardless, a very nice capture.

simple clear sharp. nice shot. I might have considered removing the leaves visible at the top left of the image, to leave the focus purely on the branch/fern in the centre. Very nice macro though. Thanks for sharing.
