LaSalle Canyon in Starved Rock State Park Utica, Illinois. It took lots of hiking to get there with something to see around every turn of the trail.

There's a lot going on in this shot. A little fill-in flash, a slow exposure to get the water fall looking lovely, and some excellent horizonal lines. Good one.
