Very impressive scenery. Considering your modest camera, it's a great picture in difficult backlight situation! I would like it even more if the tree were a bit on the right hand side from the centerline.
great shot considering your camera (im also stuck with a 2mp olympus c150 until i get my 350d anyway) itd be nice to see the shot angled so the trees more to the right or left apart from that very nice.
Good composition to get al these elements into the shot. A little definition between the sky and top of the glacier would have been exellent but that's some harsh light
Wondering if it was a case of too much 'eye candy' in this scene. What to frame, what to frame?
It's a great image, either way and with due consideration to your suk'ing camera, lol. Good clarity and nice detail, so what's the problem exactly? And as the others have pointed out, a good exposure given the lighting conditions.
Although, I think I can understand giving the image a focal point, I would also have to agree that moving the fur tree to either side would add to this shot. Anymore? Would love to see more of this area, quite beautiful and scenic. Great work here.
