Spectacular photo. I love the atmosphere of the dark and sudden sunset with the powerful heavy clouds which are about to cover everything. The red glow makes it so mood-inspiring. Congratulations

You have done a very good job in composing this shot. Even though there are some grain on the sky area, the beautiful colors of the sky makes us forget that for a moment. Looks of the ocean too is very calming and breath taking. Good work.

What a great name for this shot Heywood. The color of the sunset is amazingly deep. It certainly isn't your "average" color. The reflection onto the water is great also. The mountains and the sky make this a winning combination in my book. Thanks for sharing it :~)

It's a keeper for me! I used to live in Juneau and any picture that can come close to capturing the wonderful sunsets there are just fine with me!!!

Thanks for taking the time to post this. Looks good on my desktop. High marks! Have you work with "Neat Image". It works great on grainy images. I've used it on alot of my images with my other digital camera.
