I took this photograph of these Moorhens two weeks ago, it seems a mothers work is never finished. Your miss the details if you don't blow it up full screen.

This is brilliantly caught Phil. The sunlight and colour perfect. And yes I spotted the two little chicks almost hidden. Well done!

Marvelous lighting and colours and I also saw the 2 little fuzzy guys Phil. Perfect timing in ths capture & like the one hiding in the shadow of mom.

Glad I made it bigger I might have missed those baby ducklings...what a good looking family and what a attractive pondside home they have. Excellent duck pic Phil!

A beautiful, and sweet image. Phil, I have always thought so much of your bird captures, you do them so well. I think the Moorhens and very interesting and beautiful.

Is a Rooster Moorhen a oxymoron Phlossie. The youngun' seems to be getting ironed out. Some things never change. Excellent capture and you are correct about the full screen.
