I climbed a couple hundred feet up a rock formation and on top I found this tree growing out of the rock and nothing else It's amazing what foothold vegetation can have. The vista from the top of the rock was incredible, too.

I hope you will give us an opportunity to admire this spectacular vista the next time... The tree is incredible - again a good reason to create a tree gallery in Caedes.

Lovely. I taught school in red rock country near St. George, Utah for many years. This picture makes me homesick. Thanks for sharing.

What a tough tree. And it ain't no nre arrival either. It's been there awhile. Can a tree have character? This one does. Look at all those twists and turns. Wonder how old it is. Great capture.
