Pretty! Very pretty! I love that bright, clear pink. And I like how you can see the stones under the water along with the stems of those pads! Great capture!
Composition has it hands down in this pic for me. I love the way you've captured the three pink beauties in relation to each other and the total take itself. There is so much dark green gathering around the top and the left of the pic with the two flowers gracing all that heavy verdance...then off to the right, as we see more and more space with the light becoming more apparent and the rocks glimmering under the water, comes a little beauty waiting yet to be opened up to her full bloom...so composition wise it makes a portrait of delicate beauty that is handled IMHO just exactly the way it should be, and of course looking down on it is such a natural way to see it, that it didn't even strike me until I had seen it a couple of times. The clarity is sharp, although on this computer the overall color is dark, but that's the difference in monitors, I supppose, and the texture of the leaves and the lotus blossoms add all that needs to be added to round out the glassy smoothness of the water. Another keeper :)PJ
Never rebuke while you’re still indignant about a fault committed—wait until the next day, or even longer. Then calmly, and with a purer intention, make your reprimand. You’ll gain more by a friendly word than by a three-hour quarrel.

Hello Mr. gifted artist, oh how I wish I knew your name, but until you feel comfortable, I will be patient! I very much am attracted to this image for a variety of reasons! Primarily beacuase I love pink waterlillies, and secondarily because this is just simply a lovely Photo! I think of many places I have been when I view these pretty little things, the lilly and fish ponds, such as Hawai, for one, although, they are appreciated world-wide, they are bountiful, pleantiful on the islands! I guess we remember first, the lovely times we have had in the past and all those wonderful related joys we experienced, don't we? I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the many visits to my gallery and too, something very special about you as a person, and that is the lovely way in which you end your comments! You never fail to leave such caring and heartfelt words, usually those of well wishes! Nice to know you, and thank you for those left on my doorsteps to enjoy! Sincerely, Marilyn
